About Us

Help on hand 24 hours a day. The Age UK Personal Alarm service offers help when you need it, 24 hours a day at the touch of a button. It gives independence for the user and peace of mind for friends and family.

What we do

The Age UK Personal Alarm Service gives users the freedom to live independently in their own home, safe in the knowledge that if there is an accident or they have a fall, they can get help quickly. Personal alarms offer reassurance to friends and family, knowing that if there is an emergency or if assistance is needed, they will be contacted quickly by our emergency response centre.

What we offer

At the touch of a button friends or family can be alerted 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The lightweight alarm can be worn as a pendant or wristband and works in the home and garden so the user is free to get on with their life, knowing that help is always at hand, should they ever need it.
