What we offer

Our Vega Watch can locate wearers in an emergency. Our trained telecare team can speak directly with the wearer through the watches integrated two-way speakerphone. Our team can arrange help or emergency assistance, passing your location on to the emergency services if needed. The Vega watch also offers additional functionality, such as setting safe zones and time triggers.

Eligibility/Suitability

The Vega watch is ideal for anyone living with a long-term illness but who wants to keep their independence away from the home. Those who have a cognitive impairment (such as dementia) can benefit, especially if they have a tendency to wander or are easily confused.
