Ready meals can be bought from any supermarket, or you could consider buying frozen ready meals that are delivered free to your home. You would need a small freezer to store these. Agincare Community Meals is a service provided to older people and people with disabilities living in the community who are unable to obtain a meal independently. The service consists of two courses (a hot main meal and a pudding) delivered to you in your home.

Meals are available 5 and 7 days per week, 365 days a year depending upon area, between 11am and 1pm. Most dietary needs are catered for, also medical and cultural requirements.

Wiltshire Farm Foods offer a range of 250 frozen meals and desserts developed by their team to give you a well balanced, nutritious daily diet. Their meals can be cooked in a few minutes from frozen in your microwave or oven, making it easier for you to enjoy meals. They offer a comprehensive, free delivery service throughout Swindon by (DBS) Disclosure and Barring Service checked staff and you can choose when you would like deliveries and how often, based on your individual needs.
