We will bring the equipment to your home and along with your child's therapist suggest equipment required. Health Visiting We can update you about the Early Years review offered by child care and early year’s settings and advise how the information can be shared about these check-ups with your consent. Helen & Douglas House: community Hospice care for children and young adults (0-35 years), and support for the wider family during the young person's illness and in bereavement.
