Young Carers Swindon Carers Centre
About Us
Swindon Carers Centre is a charitable organisation, which is part of the Carers Trust Network, and we were established to provide help and support to the 19,500 carers in Swindon.
What we do
We have a team of professionals and trained volunteers who provide a wide range of support and services for young carers aged 5 to 18. Not all of these services may be relevant to your caring role at the moment, but it is reassuring to know that they are there in case your circumstances change.
What we charge
Our services are free to young carers registered with Swindon Carers Centre.
What we offer
As a Centre we work in partnership with other organisations, including schools and colleges, Children's Services, and other local voluntary organisations with the aim of identifying as many young carers as possible and to provide the most relevant support for your caring situation. Through our Young Carers Forum we also work with them to raise the profile of young carers.
